returns & refunds

RETURNS

We so hope you're stoked with your MARSIE order, however if you aren't - we do have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will cover the cost of sending the return back to MARSIE.

RETURNS USING AFTERPAY  

Returns remain subject to MARSIE's returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.

Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

FAULTY ITEMS

At MARSIE we inspect all of the items thoroughly before they're sent out to our amazing customers, however once you've received your package and inspected it and you think you've received a faulty product, please reach out to us within 5 business days so we can help sort the issue out. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty on our behalf. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@shopmarsie.co.nz.
